Nothing but the best from property manager Daniel Moddel

We were so impressed with our experience with this property manager Daniel Moddel and cannot recommend him and his agency enough. What stood out to us was that Daniel wasn’t just processing an application, he seemed genuinely concerned about finding the right tenants for his landlord. He took the responsibility seriously and wanted to make sure the right person was selected rather than simply choosing an applicant to move in. That was a real credit to him and showed the level of care and professionalism he brings to his work. The landlord is incredibly fortunate to have chosen an agent like him. For us as potential tenants having dealt with other agents we really respected the difference. He made himself available to talk things through, he always returned all our calls and we never felt rushed or a nuisance. We are genuinely grateful for his help in helping us through this process. He is a person with integrity and extreme patience. What a credit to him.
