Our experience with Veronica and her team was exceptional. Communication was almost daily throughout the sale process and the property sold before auction within the predicted range. We are very grateful for the attention to detail Highly recommend for Veronica and her team to anyone looking to to achieve optimal results.

Veronica and her team made selling my apartment a truly seamless and stress free experience. Communication was constant, yet not overbearing. Details were explained thoroughly, yet not with so much detail you become lost. I sold my properly off market and in such a short amount of time I barely had a moment to register what had happened! Thank you once again Veronica and team!

I engaged Veronica and her team to seek for help, due to experienced an epic failure of marketing by another big realestate firm in the area. The Veronica team didn't bother to share their insights of current market and pointed out many mistakes the previous agents have made that causing unsuccessful selling. They came up with a strategy selling my property, and to minimise expenses. My unit was opened the first day of campaign, they managed to close the deal in the same day with an impressive result. I wish I could choose them at the very beginning, so I didn't need to go through the terrible experience with another realestate agent.

I would like to recommend Veronica Perez from Maroubra PRD Realestate. I have found Veronica to be a very competent, astute, knowledgeable and hard working realestate agent. Veronica is one step ahead of other agents in that she thoroughly researches the property for sale or for rental. This thorougerness ensures the buyer, the seller or renter complete confidence in Veronica's expertise and experience. I have had quite a few dealings with Veronica over the period and highly recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a property.

When Veronica and her team stepped into our place for the house appraisal her face was glowing with positivity and our hopes were high and she kept up to the expectation. She made all processes easy and simple to understand. There was a certain calmness about her as she understood our anxiety. Her many tips at every step and tips to change the decor to help us sell early was valuable. The photographers too did a wonderful job. She was there always at our beck and call and her team too cooperated well. We were very happy with the outcome that we chose the right agent. I genuinely wish her all the best for her future clients
