I would like to publicly thank Daniel Moddel, Guy Bezzina and the team at PRD Perez Real Estate Maroubra for their recent efforts on finding a tenant for my property in Little Bay. The sitting tenants broke the lease early. Daniel swung into action and had secured a replacement tenant almost immediately. The result was a great new tenant and no loss of income to me. It was another example of how this team handles things, ie when they contact me with an issue to be sorted, they have solutions. Highly commended.

Many thanks and appreciation to both Guy and Daniel for making the whole process so stress-less on my behalf. I have self managed my unit for years and needed someone else to take the reins and they did with confidence, honesty and experience. I am extremely happy with PRD and would recommend them to anyone who needs new property managers!

Daniel has been professional and efficient in communicating clearly with a strata committee who manage many difficult personalities and issues. By doing so he has prevented many dramas that previously drained my energies and financial resources. I am extremely grateful. The business has managed 2 change overs in tenants and despite receiving short notice have secured good tenants in good time. Daniel's communication has always been incredibly responsive, which establishes solid trust in the management of my property. Many thanks.
