Never actually met Andrew but he was friendly and helpful.
Andrew communicated well to assist with the bidding process and was helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the purchase of the property.

Direct and no non-sense sale
The agent when I bought this house in 2012 was Andrew. A direct and professional agent who provided a lot of information to me at the time (buyer). I sold my house in Jan 2021, Andrew provided me with constant updates on anything he found applicable to my sale. He also provided tradies to get my house up to scratch to be sold. I often missed Andrew’s calls due to working two jobs and a newborn, however he always left a detailed message back briefing me on any news about the property.

Purchase of our property
Andrew was very professional and prompt when contacted, providing us with confidence and reassurance when we were trying to purchase our first property. Extremely reliable when contacting, and was rare that it would take longer than a few hours to get a response. We purchased from out of town and Andrew was fantastic in being able to organise us a seperate time to have a look through the property. If we purchased again i would definitely use him!
