Incredible service once again
This is the third time that I've purchased a property through Andrew and the level of service I have received each time, has been exceptional. Absolutely no complaints from me. Andrew's attention to detail, honest approach and friendly nature, ensures a smooth process for everyone involved. Looking forward to buying house number 4.

Andrew was very professional whilst dealing with us in buying our house. Andrew was very effecient with everything we asked him to do and always available for a phone call even the silly little questions. Andrew explained everything to us and if he didn't know the answer referred us straight onto some who did. Andrew was very polite and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend him to anyone.

A truly competent and honest professional
What more could one ask for? We found Andrew to be a most likable and relatable bloke and a true professional. Having to travel more than two hours to inspect the property Andrew went out of his way to make the inspection of this property possible. We found Andrew to be very knowledgeable of the local area and was frank and honest when it came to our questions and concerns. Andrew communicated in a very clear and proficient manner and was more than helpful when it came to referring us to competent tradespeople in the local area. In summary we can not speak highly enough of Andrew.

Overjoyed with the service provided.
Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure an excellent sale. All steps of the process were explained throughly. Andrew had prospective buyers ready once we were ready to sell. After each home inspection Andrew talked through each inspection providing feedback. Brilliant, Genuine and Calm
The difference that Andrew brings to the Real Estate game is a genuine sense of care, kindness and a rock solid integrity. Even prior to selling a home with Andrew I recommended him to friends and colleagues as he is approachable, realistic and knows the Wimmera region well. At times you can come across Agents that tell you what you want to hear and opt to play games with you to get you to sign - however Andrew is none of this, not even close. He separates himself from the others by being real, honest and professional, and isn't afraid to have those challenging conversations all in the spirit of getting you the absolute best value for your property. I would 100% recommend Andrew, time and time again. He is a good bloke and a brilliant Estate Agent who sold my property within a week of listing.

A fantastic experience with a true professional
Andrew was a true professional during the purchase of my new property, he worked at all hours to get the deal done, constantly communicated with me and when the time came to sign the contract he sat down with me and walked me through the entire contract!
