I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew on behalf of one of my buyers. As a fussy agent myself when it comes to communication and professionalism, I can honestly say Andrew was at the top of his game for both. The quality of service he brings to his agency is fantastic.

Andrew Seers of Arron Lewis Real Estate gave me good advise in selling my block of land , he was worried like I was because the block of land I bought was on the market for 4 years before I bought it through another real estate ! The proof is in the pudding Andrew Seer's sold my block of land in less than a week , it pays to stick with the best Real Estate in this area . Andrew Seer's of Arron Lewis Real Estate are the best agents to go through , I was worried it would not sell and thought of the real estate that I bought it off . Glen M Lewis

Andrew sold the house in a fairly slugish low growth market. Definately a buyers market in Horsham.

Andrew persevered and continued to give feedback for an extended period of time trying to sell a block in a rural location with very slow turn over of properties. Took a long time but Andrew walked the journey too and actively looked for marketing opportunities. I was happy with the final price.

My house was previously advertised with another real estate for eight weeks, where I felt the agent wasn't interested in selling my house at all; I wasn't informed of anything, and felt very left in the dark. I eventually moved my sale over to Aaron Lewis where Andrew took control. I was put to ease straight away, I knew I was in good hands in this very stressful time. I was 110% impressed with him! I was very taken back as to how committed he was in helping me sell my home. He would give me updates every time someone had inquired weather it was a call or a text message, and was constantly taking people through it both during the day and after hours which was important to me! I felt like I never had to chase information or feedback. Very hard working and committed agent - during the working week AND on weekends. Cannot fault him one bit and I cannot thank Andrew enough! You will not find a better agent!

The house was beautifully presented, and after one look through it, I fell in love with it! Andrew had a lot of knowledge about the property and answered all questions I had - He went above and beyond. He also worked in with times that were convenient for myself (as I work up to 6 days a week), and was very prompt with returning my calls when out of the office or text messages which suited me. Andrew has been completely honest with me for the entire journey. I move in this Friday, and honestly can't thank Andrew enough for all the time and effort he's put in to helping me secure my dream home.
