We had the pleasure of enlisting Cody to find us a property to service our family's needs & he nailed it! We are excited to be moving into our new house & thank Cody very much for finding us a property. It was a very effortless process on our part with Cody doing all the work. We would highly recommend Cody as an agent & wish him all the very best for the future.

Mr Andrew Seers was most helpful and knowledgeable. Mr Seers was excellent at negotiating with the house owner to work out a price that we were all happy with. He was easy to communicate with which made it an extremely easy process. I would recommend him to people who are looking to buy a house that want the transaction to be easy and hassle free.

Always let me know of a house in my range was about to go on the market

We put our rental property up for sale in a sluggish market and, despite the house having great qualities, we did suspect it would not be quick. We initially listed with another agent and, as nice as that person was, there was insufficient movement. When we moved to Andrew, the change was instantaneous. He worked had, had lots of enquiries, he obviously had a significant percentage of the market in hand, and we got a sale quickly. He provided good advice, communicated regularly and was ethical. Our only regret is not listing with Andrew in the first instance.

Thanks Andrew for all the work you did in showing us properties when we traveled to Horsham. You gave as considerable time above and beyond what is normally expected over the weekend. We really appreciate your choice of properties to show us through and the way you handled the negotiation. Looking forward to return soon to look further at the market and am sure you can help us again.

Although we are interstate and have not personally met Andrew, all our dealings with him have been fantastic. He has made the daunting task of buying a property interstate a lot easier. Andrew has been great to deal with and forthcoming with any extra info and pics required. He has been professional and has had great communication. We would be happy to recommend Andrew to other buyers/sellers.

Andrew took on this listing even though it was a colleagues as he knew we were comfortable working with him and he knew what we wanted. He was more than helpful, great knowledge and follow up. Often went out of his way out of hours communicating and chasing up things to make the first experience smooth and easy. Thanks Seersy

He pointed every detailed positive and very honest about the down side of the property. Well detailed description of the advertised property. Follows up promptly at any text message or email. Very easy to communicate with. I would love to help me in the future should I re-sell or buy again. Thanx so much Andrew.

Andrew found us our dream home. He listened to us when we talked to him about what we wanted in a house and a price range and delivered with flying colours. He kept us in the loop with everything and also sold our current house for a good price with it being on the market for about 36hours. My wife and myself can not thank him enough for all the help he has given us. 20/10

Andrew is a friendly and confident fellow with an abundance of knowledge. Have had couple of dealings with purchasing and selling through Aaron Lewis Real Estate. Would definitely recommend Andrew to complete a fair and honest transaction, with continued communication. Keep up the great work!
