Andrew provided me with nothing but excellence! His communication is prompt, clear and timely; he was always contactable and happy to be contacted! Andrew is such a down to earth and genuine person, it makes you feel like you are buying/selling your property with the help of a good mate. Having had such a brilliant experience as a buyer, I am now looking forward to my next venture with Andrew as I SELL! Great guy- even better result!

The property took a while to sell but Andrew never gave up and always kept me informed. Now that it is gone I can concentrate on other matters, like lowering my existing mortgage with the money from the sale.

Andrew Seers recently sold me a home at 111 Natimuk Road . I was very impressed with how professional and easy Andrew was to deal with. Never at any point was there any pressure put on myself to buy the house and Andrew was always making me feel comfortable with my decisions. Andrew was a great communicator throughout the whole process which personally impressed me , I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy a home. Gus Taberner

Andrew hit the ground running with the sale of our house. Very easy to deal with. Very informative, provided encouragement and gentle pressure when required. Great negotiating to get the best result for us. Looking forward to moving into our new home now

Andrew took time out on a weekend afternoon to show my husband through at a time that suited us both, and gave us the time throughout the whole weekend to negotiate a reasonable offer. Explained everything very thoroughly and encouraged us to do the things that we needed to do and ensured that we are well looked after. He also made sure we were happy with all outcomes and gave us extra time to look through when needed. Never put pressure on us to make quick decisions without consulting each other

I am a first land buyer and contacted Andrew Seers as he was the agent for this land. Right from the first phone call Andrew has be so helpful with all my questions - and there were a lot of them. Andrew always answered his phone when I rang and returned my emails very promptly. I would recommend Andrew to any person looking to buy in the Nhill area and I will certainly call Andrew again if I need any assistance with real estate. Andrew has been very professional, polite and always happy to help me when I called. Thank you very much Andrew. Heather Hands

We had the pleasure of selling our house through Aaron Lewis and dealt with Andrew Seers. He was nothing but helpful in the whole process. I would go through him again because he listened too what we wanted from the selling of our house. It's not very often you find such a helpful and understanding real estate agent . Thanks again Andrew. You were a 10/10

Andrew Seers and the team at Aaron Lewis have provided a terrific service organising the sale of our property. Their approach has been professional, they have kept us informed every step along the way, worked very hard finding prospective purchasers and showing our property. We have only positive things to say and would definitely highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for an agent in Horsham!
