Tracy first started in Real Estate in 2004 as Receptionist to Property Management and made the change into Property Management in 2005. Since that time Property Management has changed from a job to a passion for Tracy and she is now also a property investor herself "I pride myself on the service that I provide not only to my landlords but tenants alike. I believe good communication is the basis for all property management transactions. He has experienced being a landlord and a tenant and realises how important it is to ensure all parties to a tenancy are well looked after. He manages a small portfolio, enabling him to give his owners and tenants one on one personal attention. We cannot fault our experience with Kristy. Her communication, professionalism, and transparency is incomparable. She is devoted to providing an excellent service, not only for us as landlords but for our lovely tenants, that is an investment in itself.
