Kathleen Pierre has been a exceptional real estate rental agent—truly great to work with. Professional, responsive, and attentive, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and looked out for my needs every step of the way. I highly recommend her!

Tracy is amazing to work with. Very professional, excellent communication, never made us feel like our quetions were dumb. We love our new home and that's all thanks to Tracy.

I cannot recommend Courtney Clarkson highly enough. After my property was broken into and suffered damage, she stepped in immediately to handle the crisis. She guided me through the complex insurance claim process, coordinated emergency repairs, and dealt with all the tedious paperwork with professionalism and empathy. Highly recommend her services to any landlord!

Vivid handled the leasing of my Huntingdale property and made the process straightforward from interstate. Communication was consistent throughout and I was kept updated without having to chase. Applications were screened properly rather than rushed through, and the property leased to a quality tenant on a 12-month term. Thank you to the team.
