Excellent property very clean, shiny, close to shopping centre, medical centre, school, bus stop or train station just few minute walk if use public transport also to access other services that have mentioned above you just walk. Very safe place compare to previous house I rent in Bentley. The process to rent the house within 2 days and immediately actions when I request for maintenance. Everything 10/10 rates.

Me and my family moved her from Scotland around 6 weeks ago and we had been viewing properties for around 2 weeks prior to coming into contact with PPP Thornlie at a viewing in our current home. Rob and his team were extremely informative regarding the application process, surrounding area of the property and generally very helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our service from PPP Thornlie and would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking at leasing a property to utilise there services. A special mention to Rob Di Toro, as I am certain without his advice and assistance we would still be looking for a property now.

Very professional and friendly property management. Melissa and Sharni deserve a medal, they go above and beyond for both landlord and tenant, which is what I expect as a landlord. Nothing was too hard when re-leasing my property. Always keeping me informed and assisting with information to get my house ready. They understand current market value and are willing to negotiate to suit landlord and tenant. I don’t know what I would do without their help and knowledge. Thanks girls.

I had good experience in my rencent renting of property from them. Starting from my enquiry of inspecting property till singing the bond, the experience was great. I would like to thank Melissa for prompt response and clear explanations to my queries. They replied to my every question and emails, all steps were well explained and overall process was very fast. I have rented in Thornlie under their management for 3 years. Unfortunately The owner was selling the place. When I was struggling to find a place in the market they new my needs and wants due to being a FIFO worker and leased me another place as they were highly satisfied with me as a tenant. As such we have a great relationship. They are honest and straightforward. I would recommend them to anyone.
