We are very happy with Professionals Property Plus Canning Vale/Thornlie. Our contact has been with Rob Di Toro who has managed our property for many years. We have always had excellent service from Rob and he has now processed many tenants through 36 Kintyre Crescent. We have had only one pair of tenants who were troublesome but they paid their rent and fortunately left after a year. Rob handled this difficult situation with diplomacy and professional rigour when necessary. We believe that Rob is very fair to both tenants and ourselves. It is actually Jennifer's property through an inheritance but I, John, Jennifer's husband do the gardening, most of the maintenance and all the book work. Tracy Embleton and The Professionals Property Plus team have looked after our property since 2015 and have always been outstanding for both us and the tenants. Bond queries are always fair on both sides When some items may be missed the agent even takes this on and sorts herself in some minor cases without charging either side ! When maintenance is needed, our agent Tracy often gives good recommendations we wouldn't have thought of that save money and get a better job done (e.g grouping work orders to a single trade when would often be multiple call outs) Advice is always spot on too Thanks Property Plus team
