After purchasing our property in early 2022, we entrusted it to Rob Toro, and it has been one of our best decisions as landlords. We had some disappointed experience with some other Directors and Senior Property Managers who simply passed our properties to other junior PMs after the initial communication which were marked by a lack of consistent, and hands-on management. Rob stands in stark contrast to this. For over two years, he has provided dedicated, personal oversight of our property. He is thoroughly hands-on and demonstrates a level of proactive care that makes us feel he treats the property as his own.
