During this terrible rental crisis I had two days to completely move house from a place I had been living over five years, never having had a issue until they gave me 28 days and to say the least was a struggle. Being treated terribly by the old real estate. When I found the current property I now live in Melissa had been heaven sent! She was more than understanding and helped my application process move so smoothly and quickly I was able to have a roof over my head. She's been amazing and super friendly. Where possible as a tenant I 10/10 recommend!

Gregg & myself have had assistance from Trish, and Sharni at Professionals. We found both ladies to be helpful, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. Finding a rental property can be stressful at times, so it was nice to have such a friendly personality in Trish when we came to view a property. Sharni is now our property manager and also communicated with me prior to us moving into our rental. Sharni's communication has been fantastic, she is prompt in getting back to us and nothing is ever troublesome for her. The skills of the ladies and the team in general are up there! We're impressed. Thank you!

We recently expanded our investment portfolio guided at each point by Rob Di Toro. Rob has given good advice in a respectful way and managed to handle the complexity of our situation. It has given us confidence to know our properties will be well managed, rented out quickly to good tenants at a fair rate. Rob has been reliable, accountable and managed conflicts that have arisen effectively. Rob is a true professional.
