Great Agency
Friendly, professional service. My agent even came over to ignite the pilot light on the hot water sytem for me. Great communication too.

Very Happy
After some initial communication issues we ended up with a new property manager, Sharni Batley, and we are very happy with the service she provides, in particular, keeping us informed of issues as they arise. She always asks our opinion on things and respects our decisions once they are made. She's quick to answer emails and provides us with the relevant information we need to make those decisions.

Melissa has been managing our rental property for about 9 years. She is professional to deal with and makes sure our house is well looked after & the rent is paid up to date by tenants.
