About Tayla

My real estate journey started in 2012 when I began working as a junior conveyancer. I went on to complete my Diploma in Conveyancing and, over the years, developed a solid understanding of property legislation and how the industry works behind the scenes. In 2017, I joined Professionals Stirling Clark and have had the chance to work across a range of roles- from sales admin and property management to business development. Each role has taught me something new and helped shape how I work today. In 2021, I completed my Diploma in Property (Agency Management) and now hold my Real Estate Triennial Licence. These days, I wear two hats as office Licensee and Business Development Manager. I’m systems-focused and always looking for ways to do things better- both for our team and the clients I serve. I genuinely love what I do and value building strong, lasting relationships. I’d say my biggest strengths are communication, problem-solving, and honesty. I know real estate can feel overwhelming at times, so my approachable and straight-up style will ensure you feel supported throughout your journey. I’m proud to be part of a team that shares the same drive and passion, and I’m excited to keep evolving, learning, and bringing fresh energy to the role every day.

Professionals Stirling Clark was established in Forrestfield in 1983. In July 2021, we expanded our reach to the Mundaring hills region and have since opened another office in the heart of Kalamunda. These expansions have allowed us to bring our award-winning approach to the entire Hills community. Our team are well known local people and have over 350 years combined real estate experience, so we know the best advice to give to customers and how to negotiate with buyers to achieve the best possible price for our customer’s properties. We have a highly skilled and experienced sales administration and reception team who support our busy sales and property management team. Backed by multiple industry awards, our expert Property Management team manages close to 1,000 properties across the Perth metro region and counting. This has led to a strong base of repeat and referral clients, with many of our buyers and sellers returning to us - or recommending us to their family, friends, and neighbours. Excellent Service and Professionalism

We really appreciated their support in helping us on the request for the fumigation of the house before we moved in, showing that they were attentive to our concerns and comfort. Their responsiveness, helpful attitude, and commitment to providing good service really stood out. We are grateful for their assistance and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and supportive real estate agent.
