The best thing in putting up our property in the market was to engage with Alvin from Professionals. Our engagement with him was very smooth and so convenient. We have not encountered any major issue in the process and we are immensely thankful to him because we were able to sell our house quickly, and to a higher amount we never expected. I have known Lee-Anne Bettridge for a few years now having first met her when I was needing a valuation. I have found her to be a straight-talking person who tells you how it is. She has just facilitated the sale of the same property she valued for me when we first met. I followed her recommendations in regard to preparation of the property, marketing strategy and settlement. The outcome was way better than I could have hoped for. Lee-Anne has an ability to create a win-win situation for both sellers and buyers.
