We first approached Glen regarding selling our property and downsizing. Glen came to our home and had a chat with regards strategy for achieving our goal. We explained to Glen that we needed to sell our family home to cover our costs and the cost of another home. He suggested that we should prepare the property for sale subject to us finding the right property to buy and move into. So we had everything set up so when the right property was found we could go straight to market. This was all done 18 months ago and Glen touched base with us very often to see how we were going, he also gave us information on properties that were coming to market. During this time Glen was very patient and supportive of our situation, this was made even more difficult as we wished to stay in the area and sought a property in a particular area of Kalamunda. Eventually we found the property which gave us everything we needed, this property was also in the desired location. So now we need to move quickly and we put an offer on the new property and Glen set certain conditions on the sale/purchase that we would not become homeless. The two homes were opened on the same day and we were pleased to hear that our house was inundated with prospective purchasers and that there would be three offers pending, this all happened on the first home open. So he had done what we thought would be impossible. During this time Glen showed so much professionalism, compassion and care for us and in our opinion was such a godsend. He is a kind and loving family man who went over and above to help us.
