We bought our house 8 years ago and recently sold the same house through Glen Newland. Both times Glen was everything you could ask for, either as a buyer or vendor. His knowledge of the area, the local housing market, and professionalism are second to none. With our sale, Glen came and saw us on a Sunday, discussed our circumstances and marketing plan and of course price wanted versus price achievable! A week later we had a contract in place, the terms we wanted and for a price which exceeded our expectations. Whilst waiting for settlement and going through the sale process, Glen, Olga and Holly all helped us with minimal fuss, fantastic team to work with! I really cannot recommend Glen Newland and his team highly enough! Awesome job, thanks mate!

The sale of this property was a long and difficult process, starting some 2 years before Margie took control. Many issues arose, including questions regarding boundaries, high fire rating and interference by a neighbour, etc. There were a number of potential buyers who dropped out along the way, before the property was finally sold. Margie's approach was always positive and professional, handling all communication and questions very well. Once the offer was accepted things proceeded efficiently and quickly to finalisation. Although we had to agree to drop our target selling price, due to personal circumstances, we are pleased with the outcome.
