When it was time to sell my IP, I put aside a decent budget to get the property in shape. When I spoke to Scott, he convinced me it wasn't necessary, he could sell the place as is with no problems. He proved this point when the property was sold within 3 days of being on the market - well above the expected price after tactful negotiation between 3 parties.
