I had no idea on which selling agent to use or even get an idea on the value of my property in wattle grove. Alvin would contact us after each home open to provide attendance numbers and feedback from potential buyers. It became evident that people were confused with a use for an upstairs space. Alvin received a special offer for staging which he forwarded on to us; with no pressure to accept. We had the room staged, and after that very next home open we were under offer and sold. This was a very emotionally charged sale for us, as it was part of a deceased estate. Alvin was very compassionate and kind with his dealings with us. Thanks again Alvin.
