Our home wasn't an easy one for Kip being a separation and Kip had the uneasy task of mediating some issues, however Kip made the whole process smooth and the whole time he was upfront, honest and transparent with us as to what to expect. Kip was very informative and thorough in providing a market value for the property and extremely helpful in the process of getting the property ready for sale. We also used a Staging Company for the home open. Kip wasn't left with much time between signing the property to be listed and our first home open (literally 24hrs!), yet he miraculously pulled it off and managed to get 7 couples through the property AND presented us with an offer. I would highly recommend Kip to anyone selling in the foothills. Kip knows the area very well and was spot on with pricing and information. Kip is easy to talk to and easy to get ahold of and is genuinely there to help with the whole process.

Scott gave us good advice from the start, his current market knowledge was very good, he priced the house well and explained why, and he explained in more detail when we needed it. He gave us help along the way in the form of good advice and tips in preparing the house for market. Scott also was very responsive to the random quieries we had during the whole process.
