Scott is a fantastic agent! I would definitely use his expertise again. His friendly, relaxed demeanour really helped us through the whole process as we were clueless first home buyers. From showing us the property, to organising (and explaining) settlement efficiently, knowledge on trades in the area and even contacting previous owner so we could pass on their mail months after moving into property. His communication skills were outstanding. He was always super quick to answer all my calls and emails even on the weekends and he was quick to action any of my requests. Our home wasn't an easy one for Kip being a separation and Kip had the uneasy task of mediating some issues, however Kip made the whole process smooth and the whole time he was upfront, honest and transparent with us as to what to expect. Kip was very informative and thorough in providing a market value for the property and extremely helpful in the process of getting the property ready for sale. We also used a Staging Company for the home open. Kip wasn't left with much time between signing the property to be listed and our first home open (literally 24hrs!), yet he miraculously pulled it off and managed to get 7 couples through the property AND presented us with an offer. I would highly recommend Kip to anyone selling in the foothills. Kip knows the area very well and was spot on with pricing and information. Kip is easy to talk to and easy to get ahold of and is genuinely there to help with the whole process.
