Purchasing experience

Very nice and professional
He really helped us in getting the property as per our liking. He also shared with us his thoughtful ideas how we can improve our property value. Very patient, always eager to answer all of our questions and yes we do ask a lot of questions. Very prompt in replies, soft spoken, we’ll mannered. Highly recommended.

Professional and Reliable Agent
Scott sold our home very quickly with a price we were very happy with. He was professional, easy to talk too, punctual and alway did what he said he would do. He even became a handyman to fix a couple of small repairs I needed to do, which saved me from paying for a business to come in. I cannot praise him enough and would recommend him to anyone needing a fantastic Real Estate Agent.

Very knowlegable and gave us sound advice
Scott gave us good advice from the start, his current market knowledge was very good, he priced the house well and explained why, and he explained in more detail when we needed it. He gave us help along the way in the form of good advice and tips in preparing the house for market. Scott also was very responsive to the random quieries we had during the whole process. House was under offer above asking price in 10 days (March 2021), Would recommend Scott and will be happy to use him again if the need arises.

Kip goes above and beyond
As a seller then a buyer located remotely in WA Kip made our selling and buying process seem like a walk in the park, his attitude was always uplifting and nothing was ever an issue. I will definitely be using Kip for any future property sales or purchases and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very professional, great communication and awesome support.
Been dealing with Scott for several years and his level of professionalism has been awesome. He has done himself and the company proud with his assistance in getting the best outcome in our selling / buying transactions. Communicating with us at every step, made us feel like we were his only client - very personal. I have recommended him to other families members who I believe will be signing up to sell their investment property with Scott. ⭐️Above and Beyond ⭐️
I contacted Scott at a very sad time in our lives .. My mum had passed away and we needed to move the family home on , this was very hard for my sisters and I . Through no fault of his there were a few hiccups along the way with all the legal stuff attached to a deceased estate but Scott went Above and Beyond to make the sale as smooth and painless as possible .. I would not hesitate to use Scott again in the future .

Great service with full guidance through the process
Scott was unbelievably helpful, including showing us through the property twice at short notice. He guided us through the entire sale process including giving us advise on conveyancers and Building inspection agents. During the final inspection Scott went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% happy with the property and all items to be fixed were done within 24 hours. We wont hesitate to use Scott again if we chose to sell our property in the future.

Scott is natural and has a special skills a calming effect on people
Scott made the sale smoothly and fast and after sale we experienced small minor issues delay on first home buyers grant didn’t made on time for the young buyers witch Scott came up with solutions make the sale possible. Honestly we can’t ask any one better than Scott and his team
