Kip was recommended by a friend who was previously an agent and we were very happy with his service. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and was able to recommend associated service providers (eg home dressers, gardeners) who we were also very happy with. Kip was incredibly helpful with assisting us to navigate selling our property, taking time to explain the process and answering all of our (many, many) questions. Kip has great communication- he kept us up to date with feedback from potential buyers, how home opens went and was easy to contact when needed. Recommended.

Kip's service began as being helpful and informative about the process of purchasing a house. He looked out for me to make sure that I wasn't missing anything when inspecting the house and that I had all my ducks in a row. Kip really went from awesome to amazing when Perth went into a sudden lockdown and I was stuck in the Pilbara at work. He facilitated a smooth transition when changing dates for settlement and was more than happy to answer my questions, as I panicked over possibly missing the settlement and final inspection dates. I am extremely grateful for having worked with Kip. He's a stand up guy and a consumate professional.
