Kip's service began as being helpful and informative about the process of purchasing a house. He looked out for me to make sure that I wasn't missing anything when inspecting the house and that I had all my ducks in a row. Kip really went from awesome to amazing when Perth went into a sudden lockdown and I was stuck in the Pilbara at work. He facilitated a smooth transition when changing dates for settlement and was more than happy to answer my questions, as I panicked over possibly missing the settlement and final inspection dates. I am extremely grateful for having worked with Kip. He's a stand up guy and a consumate professional.

We met Kip through my work some years ago and then and now, I found him to be frank and straight-forward. We received a realistic estimation and imposed a number of challenging conditions on the sale process, all which Kip "endured" with typical good humour. Our first offer, unfortunately fell though but Kip was on the case, sourcing new prospects. Soon after, we received another offer which was higher. We were needless to say, very happy. I have no hestitation in recommending Kip. He is an excellent communicator who doesn't "guild the lilley". I would rather know the facts, than pursue unrealistic pipe-dreams.
