We had previously sought an opinion from three local agencies but none of them met our expectations. We then contacted Adam and he immediately impressed us with local knowledge and his valuation of the property was almost identical to ours. Having had previous bad experiences, I was hesitant to take on a real estate agent to sell my house, but I needed help. My initial scepticism about the considerably higher than anticipated price that Glen suggested, was swept away when within a few days there were two potential purchasers. Glen was not only surprising but made the whole process so seamless and easy! It would be trite to say that he was very professional, because he was so much more! He was also very caring and adaptable to every situation. Even offering to find me rental accommodation when my building project was delayed. His high standards were also reflected in his staff. Timing was everything with the purchase of the new home dependent on selling the existing one. After dealing with 4 agents who honestly did not give two flicks, coming across Scott was a dream. He could answer all questions about the house, down from the whole building itself to the surrounding area. Scott kept us informed on all happenings and took the time to explain the process in detail. We we're first home buyers so a scary time for us especially after all the horror stories we had heard about the market, however Scott made this a stress free process.
