My initial scepticism about the considerably higher than anticipated price that Glen suggested, was swept away when within a few days there were two potential purchasers. After dealing with 4 agents who honestly did not give two flicks, coming across Scott was a dream. He could answer all questions about the house, down from the whole building itself to the surrounding area. Scott kept us informed on all happenings and took the time to explain the process in detail. My dealing with Grant were prompt, considerate and professional. I had a limited time frame in which to prepare and present my mother’s home for sale. Grant ensured that he fully inspected mums home, asked all the right questions, assumed nothing and became fully conversant with the property and its offering, further he ensured all agents within his office also inspected the property so they could also be familiar should the need arise. Photography and marketing where, discussed, decided upon and again executed without delay, guaranteeing that the property was on the market within a short timeframe and subsequently sold. This is the second time that I have dealt with Grant and the team at LJHookers Kalamunda and would do so again should the need ever arise.
