From my first meeting with Michael I felt I would be in good hands. Michael listen to our plans on preparing the home for sale so it would present well. He also made a suggestion on window treatments that saved a huge sum. Michael opened the home every weekend and would contact me after every home open. Communication was excellent. Following up on potential buyers was a constance practice. The first offer came in at 60 days on the market. That fell through, but because Michael was so on the ball he immediately contacted a couple that had shown great interest in the home. Within a week we had another offer. Home now Sold settlement date set. Michael has been a pleasure to work with and definitely earned every bit of the commission. I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman.
