From my first meeting with Michael I felt I would be in good hands. Michael listen to our plans on preparing the home for sale so it would present well. He also made a suggestion on window treatments that saved a huge sum. Michael opened the home every weekend and would contact me after every home open. Communication was excellent. Following up on potential buyers was a constance practice. The first offer came in at 60 days on the market.
