I was buying a house from interstate and Lee-Anne was excellent at keeping me up to date on everything that was going on, and being 'my eyes and ears' for things I couldn't attend to personally. She went above and beyond the normal expectations one has of an agent. She put me in touch with people I needed to meet, not only with regard to the purchase itself, but also with extras such as plumbing in my washing machine and finding an electrician. Overall, I thoroughly recommend her as definitely someone to have on your side when purchasing a property.

She worked with me through all the difficulties of my personal situation with understanding and compassion. I had a difficult property to sell and Lee-Anne worked very hard to "sell" the property to prospective buyers. She had a difficult situation to deal with but was always positive in her promotion of the property to achieve the sales result I required. Lee-Anne gave me valuable advice on how to prepare the property to focus on the aspects that would ultimately highlight my property for sale. She worked tirelessly to present the property not only at home opens, but for private viewings as well. Lee-Anne put me and my needs at the top of the list and did everything possible to make this experience as easy and pleasant as possible. When my health failed and I was hospitalised 3 weeks prior to settlement she approached the buyers to negotiate an extension to my settlement date. Leanne is an excellent real estate agent. She is an excellent communicator and I was notified without half an hour of the home open closing. She provided me with a very honest and realistic appraisal of all the buyers and never got my expectations up. In the end Leanne’s fantastic negotiating skills got me at least $10,000 on top of my expected selling price. Leanne was also very helpful in providing me with advice in regards to a townhouse I was purchasing. I really appreciated and respected her knowledge and advice in regards to real estate matters. This is the third time my family has used Leanne as our agent to sell properties and she has always managed to achieve a very quick turn around and also achieved maximum selling price. I recently purchased a unit, of which Scott was the real estate agent selling. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions I had about the property, and he was very understanding that as a first home owner I was nervous and perhaps overly cautious about 'what happens' when purchasing a house. He was clear and communicative; responding in an adequate time-frame to emails and phone calls. He ensured that the purchasing process ran smoothly, but was never pushy. The attitude and the experience of the selling estate agent can definitely contribute to the overall feeling, experience and vibe when visiting a property to purchase. Scott definitely provided a positive experience, was upfront, honest, and didn't 'spin anything'. Given my recent experience of searching for houses and meeting/liaising with various real estate agents, I can now understand the importance of the person selected as a selling real estate agent.
