We where very nervous about selling our first house as we had no previous experience dealing with agents. Scott was so professional and friendly, he talked us through the whole process and explained it all step by step. He then sold our house for us within 4 days of it going on the market! We had an amazing turn out to our first and only home open due to his large existing client list. He negotiated with us to get us over asking price so we are very happy with the outcome. Scott was helpful from the time I came to the open house, until the time he handed over the keys. Any questions or advice I needed, he was always willing to answer my questions. The property I bought was unfortunately left in a messy stat, but Scott personally ensured that it was cleaned and ready for me to move into. As a buyer, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Glen and his wonderful team. I've known other agents from his team to also be similarly courteous and professional in their interactions with potential buyers. I think treating the buyers well creates a positive impression about the property, the seller and the overall transaction, motivating buyers to reciprocate and be equally cooperative in achieving a mutually beneficial outcome, not to mention a quick-timely settlement.
