Inspires confidence & gets the results
From the outset James inspired confidence. We interviewed three agents to choose who would sell our home. James had excellent answers to our questions. During the preparation phase he kept in contact and advised on getting the house looking at its best. Throughout the selling phase he communicated very well and kept us updated. When the crunch came he worked very well with the buyers to get a great outcome. I would definitely have James sell another property for me in that region and highly recommend him to others.

Brian was friendly and easy to work with. He helped me a lot as a new home buyer , as you never know if you are doing the correct things. Brian was able to give me advice on the lender I was going through Which was a great stree of my mind He kept me very informed I was very happy with him. The only thing I would add in hinesight knowing if a settlement is going to be delayed the purchaser or sales agent should still have th suffient time to have a 2nd look th the property.

The most outstanding part is that he came across honest in his answers, without the push over pitch most real estate agents regrettably have, showing also integrity and loyalty towards other agents, and that is why once we purchased the property we decided to make him our agent. Great Outcome
Brian was very helpful in our search to secure a suitable property and we have no regrets about our purchase. During our search we had times that we were unavailable for contact and Brian was very respectful of our requests but did not use this as an opportunity to slacken off but worked diligently with the opportune times that he had. First time seller.
I was very nervous about having to navigate through the maze of requirements when it came to selling a house. Particularly as the property I was selling was in another state and I had no idea what I needed to do. Luckily Brian was recommended to me and I contacted him. He was prompt in calling me back, and set about getting down to the business of selling my unit very quickly. My property was on realestate.com in days, and within a week it had sold! I couldn't have been more pleased. His service was excellent and I certainly felt I had chosen well when I picked Brian to sell my property. In hindsight I regret selling now, and I am looking to purchase within the same area again. When I am organised to do this I will certainly want Brian on my team to assist with the purchase.
