James Keelan is friendly and helpful, communicates easily and confidently, and was in frequent contact with us (the purchaser) over the cooling off period to assist with any questions and advice re the process. His response to any email or phone request was always prompt so we were never left wondering.

James restored my faith in realestate agents , he presented himself as if he had 30 years experience as an agent. I had our house listed with someone else for over 120 days with no offers , within 3 weeks of James listing it he had it sold with a price we were happy with. At all times he had are interest at heart , showing compassion and guiding us when required . James sold our house with the passion and tenacity as if he owned it himself. I would find it hard to surpass James for listing any property, as we plan on using him for all of our future sales.

We were very happy with the advice that James provided us during the purchase of our home. He is a very reliable and approachable agent, and I would certainly consider utilising his services again in the future for the purchase or sale of a property. Thanks for making the process so simple.

We were more than happy with our sales experience with James, he was always contactable and more than happy to guide us through the whole process. As we had not done this for 16 years he made what could have been a stressful experience more than manageable. We would have no hesitation in recommending James to any of our family and friends.

Brian recently sold a property for us and we were more than happy with our interactions with him. He always kept in touch - keeping us up to date on the progress of the selling; and the eventual sale of the property - at a price we were very pleased with. Brian was very knowledgeable regarding the current state of the market in the area. He had a friendly and calm approach to the sale and kept us assured that things were progressing well. This was very welcomed, especially as we are on the west coast. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Len did an amazing job in selling our house from start to well beyond finish. Len has a very calm and friendly demeanour which allowed him to connect with us from the outset to understand our needs and requirements for the sale. Len followed up on all his commitments in agreed times and kept us updated throughout, setting clear expectations as to next steps and ensuring we understood. We've sold a few houses in the past and only wish we could have had someone like Len managing each of them. His knowledge of the market and strong relationship with his colleagues and wider community are a really strong asset. Len is trustworthy, honest and hard working to meet client needs. All up Lenny was fantastic and cannot recommend him highly enough to any prospective seller. Thanks again Lenny!
