At our initial meeting Jodie laid out her marketing strategy and provided an expected price range for offers and final sale price. As she had recently sold a similar villa in our complex she was aware of features desired by a villa purchaser in the Narara/Niagara Park area. In our case this was a designer kitchen and low maintenance secure back yard, and these items were highlighted in the distinctive sales brochure. Her communication was a feature and she provided progress updates after each days inspection. Where decisions were required on offers she presented the information in a professional manner and left the decision to the vendor. We noted her title was sales negotiator rather than agent and we certainly benefited from this well developed skill during the sale of our villa. In the end we achieved a higher than expected sale price, and this was due to her sheer energy and passion expended on behalf of the vendor. Exceeded expectations and highly recommended. She also provided support and guidance on our concurrent home purchase in Tamworth that was well appreciated.
