We chose Chantel as our sales agent after numerous interviews with other agents. We were not disappointed! Chantel kept us well informed of all inspections and sales progression through the process. She is passionate about her job and achieving the best result for us.

It only took 4 days to sell the property, that told me the marketing and outreach was excellent. I consider Jodie to be at the pinnacle of agents within the industry and will benefit any future employer. William

We found Ben very easy to work with right from the beginning. He listened to what we wanted and worked really hard to deliver for us. We were kept in the loop every step of the way and he ended up achieving a great result for us within a week of being on the market! The whole process was so easy. We can’t recommend Ben highly enough!

Brian new a lot about our suburb, sold this property off market for a good price and was an excellent communicator. Easy to get in touch with if we had any questions and as first home buyers his knowledge was so helpful to us, as we had no idea what we were doing or what the processes for buying land even were when we started. he was very patient and in the end, landed us a dream lot of land for our future home.

Selling the property in during Covid lockdown was not easy, however Liz made everything easy and stress-free for us going through the selling journey. Choosing Liz to sell our property really was a no brainer. She had an excellent track record in the area and a reputation to match. We didn't bother to interview anyone else. Liz was open and honest about her views of the market. She recognised that properties were practically flying off of the shelf and that the property would only require a single open home. Liz provided a commission rate that reflected the state of the marker and was drastically more competitive than what other agents were offering. Liz knew exactly what marketing was required to get the job done. She didn't bother us with all the flashy and expensive stuff. She cared about us and didn't want us to waste our money on it. Other Agents would have you pay up to or in excess of $5k for marketing; we paid less than $2k. She gave good quality advice about important repairs or styling to do instead, and she put us in touch with good quality tradespeople. Finally, she worked HARD for our sale and it was evident in the incredible outcome. She sold our property on the same day as the first open house and kept us fully informed about the progress of the negotiations til late in the evening. She gave us good quality advice about when to hold firm and when to accept the offer. We would gladly recommend Liz to any of our friends and family and would also use her again.
