Choosing Liz to sell our property really was a no brainer. She had an excellent track record in the area and a reputation to match. We didn't bother to interview anyone else. Liz was open and honest about her views of the market. She recognised that properties were practically flying off of the shelf and that the property would only require a single open home. Liz provided a commission rate that reflected the state of the marker and was drastically more competitive than what other agents were offering. Liz knew exactly what marketing was required to get the job done. She didn't bother us with all the flashy and expensive stuff. She cared about us and didn't want us to waste our money on it. Other Agents would have you pay up to or in excess of $5k for marketing; we paid less than $2k. She gave good quality advice about important repairs or styling to do instead, and she put us in touch with good quality tradespeople.
