If you are looking for someone to get a great price on your property I cannot recommend Jodie highly enough. She was able to step me through my first time selling a property with knowledgeable suggestions on what would help it. She maintained excellent communication throughout the whole process and kept me updated at all times. Her knowledge of the area and suggestions she made helped me get top dollar for my property.

After purchasing a property from Brian last year, we knew he was the person to go to when we decided to sell our investment property. Brian is extremely professional and kept us up to date throughout the entire sale process. We were thrilled when he sold our property within days of it hitting the market. We would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to sell their property on the Central Coast.

From the moment Brian walked through our door to appraise our home we knew he was the agent for us. He listened attentively to what we wanted before applying his expert knowledge of how it could be achieved. He gave us the confidence to aim high and execute a plan that delivered a result that far exceeded our expectations. Throughout the journey he was always available to answer our questions and provide the reassurance we needed to stay the course. If Brian services your area than he is the agent you need.

Liz was extremely helpful and if she didn’t know an answer to a question she would get back to you promptly with an answer very happy with the way she did business

We didn’t think twice when we chose to sell with James because we saw his amazing results in our area. When we decided to sell we called James that same day and everything was such a simple and stress free process from there on in. We had full confidence that he would get a great result for us and not once during the process did we doubt that. He did exactly what we expected and we would recommend him to both sellers who want a great result and buyers who are looking for a great property

From the moment I inspected my family's potential new home all the way through to completion of the purchase, Liz and her team were amazing and an absolute joy to work with. She is easy to talk to, highly approachable and her love and passion for the area really shines through when tapping her for local knowledge and obtaining guidance through what can be a very daunting and stressful process. I highly recommend her and the team if you are buying or selling on the NSW Central Coast.

I recently purchased a property from Liz and she was extremely helpful during a very difficult period by liaising with the vendors who were being difficult. She always answered my queries promptly and followed up appropriately. Liz was always professional and courteous and went above and beyond to get my family into the property as soon as possible.
