It was great working with James due his easy going but professional approach. Timely feedback and advice was given throughout the purchasing process. I have already recommended James to family and friends...... it was great to work with a real decent guy. Thanks again James

Brian Milson is by far the most honest, reliable, and hardworking agent I've ever had the pleasure of partnering with to sell my home. I imagined after living here, and creating a life here, that this process would be over whelming, but I feel Brian made it such an effortless easy process for us. Brian has great attention to detail with a very professional, positive can do attitude. Nothing was to much trouble and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. I had complete trust and felt at ease throughout the entire process. I cannot thank Brian enough for making this huge transition for us go so smoothly. Thank you

From the word go, Jodie was professional, reliable and punctual. She organised everything, so the stress was kept to a minimum. Her personal approach and excellent negotiation skills saw us get a premium price in a very short amount of time. The house sold after the 1st open home and very close to Christmas. We couldn't be more happy with the result. Thank you so much Jodie.

Excellent advice and communication from James throughout the process. He has been sensitive to the emotional stresses that come with selling the family home. James was chosen by my Mom from chats they had before she even considered selling. She has aleays been a good judge of character.

After dealing with a few real estate agents during this period I felt that Jodie stood out from the others with her excellent communication skills and drive to achieve the best result for the sale of our house. I felt that she was honest, focused and always ready with ideas and advice. She calmly listened to me when small hiccups arose and I felt that she was always available to me when I needed to talk to her. I would recommend Jodie if you are thinking of selling your property.

Jodie was very helpful in finding our new property - we would have been to at least 20 - 30 open homes with Jodie (not to mention more with other agents), including some off market before finding the right one. She was very knowledgeable of the market and always keen to seek feedback on properties listed to better line us up with the right home. If you are looking to buy or sell in the Niagara Park / Narara area , we'd definitely recommend Jodie

I purchased a property from James and had such a lovely experience, James to the stress out of a period where we were very stressed trying to find the right property that suited our needs. He found common ground that made it easy to talk to him and he told us about his 4 children I do hope they ha e a great Christmas this year James. But all in all the experience was stress free, he was easy to talk to without the pressure and a delight to deal with.

Jodie is extremely professional and knows her business inside out - she kept me informed throughout the process and helped me above and beyond what I had expected. She is down to earth and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend choosing Jodie as the person to sell your home.

Jodie is such a friendly and down to earth agent. Nothing we asked her was too big and she answered all of our questions promptly. We’d happily use Jodie again if we were to buy/sell our property.
