Jodie is extremely professional but also warm and approachable, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and really responsive. Obviously as buyers we recognize that agents are engaged to act in the seller's best interests, but despite that we found her to be firm, fair and frank in all her communications with us. She was always quick to respond and upfront with us. We crossed paths with her over a few months while looking for a place before finding this one, and always found her to be genuine and generous with her time, even when it was one of the places we weren't interested in. She was also really helpful with navigating the purchase process. I think it's telling that a number of people who buy properties from Jodie then go on to sell with her too. I would definitely recommend Jodie.

Brian, is a great sales agent. He knew the market very well and have a very pleasing personality. He always try to please the vendor and hold on to his promise on certain conditions and requirements we asked from him for the open house of our property.
