Seamless, responsive and stress-free property management.

James made the process of renting out our Pyrmont apartment genuinely easy from start to finish. Having already sold us the property, he knew it well and had us set up for management and advertised almost immediately. He was responsive throughout, gave honest and practical advice on pricing and presentation, and was always happy to talk things through whenever we had questions. James and Jacob know their area and were super helpful , listened to us and found us a new home.

James and Jacob are great communicators... Not only giving us information about the properties available in the area... But they quickly understood exactly what we wanted. They are super friendly and went out of their way to answer all of our questions, even down to finding out the size of the fridge space , which I had failed to note down when we inspected. They have also been very patient as we kept returning with even more questions. We never felt rushed by then even when I know they had a lot of inspections to conduct. I wish everyone was as nice .
