Enquiries for our property were thin on the ground but Michael and the team managed to secure two tenants for each of our apartments within a short timeframe. My Unit in which I have lived in for 9 yeas was being sold, so it was time to move on. A lot has changed in the rental market, since I last looked. I am no stranger to moving but in the last 9 years I had settled and the move initially was difficult for me to process, emotionally and with my work schedule. John Ellis one of the principles I believe, would have experienced this many of times and made sure I was supported in the move and checked in on me. He truly helped me in the first four weeks to mobilise myself into action. Michael Hendricks took on the role to find me a new place to live, I had high expectations of what I wanted, and Michael patiently advised me on what would be in my ball park. Michael is very busy in this role, but always took time to talk to me show me places and support me through the application. He came into work on his day off to make sure my application went through and was processed. This was done efficiently and without any roadblocks. Both John and Michael worked well as team, each understanding their role in supporting me to find a better place to live. No pressure no sign of frustration, no pushing, no judgement, Just support. I don’t know Michael and John well at all and I can say that 6 weekend ago I did not know either of them, But i felt treated as a friend not a tenant or customer. They listened, supported and actively helped when the help was needed. Thank You
