After searching the real estate market and attending multiple open home inspections, we attended an inspection and came across James Astor from Raine and Horne City Living, Pyrmont. Although we didn't apply for the first property, James followed up and reassured us that he would help us find a home. This comment is often taken with a grain of salt, particularly in the present market, and so we were pleasantly surprised to be contacted a few days later with a possible match. After a private viewing, we took the property and James was transparent, respectful, and communicated regularly throughout. I cannot recommend him more. James attention to detail, openness and genuine approach sets a benchmark for other agents to follow.

I’d like to congratulate James Astor on securing a tenant for my apartment. James kept me fully informed throughout the process (even on a Saturday evening!). I found him to be extremely efficient and thorough. He was always polite and courteous. I hope I have the pleasure of James being available when I next need to seek a new tenant. If I were his employer I’d be proud to have him and consider him a very valuable employee. (I’d probably even consider a pay rise 😄!)

Got two firm offers within 10 days and lease with signed in two weeks, thanks for James well thought advertising program and timely response.
