I recently moved into a unit in Pyrmont the whole team at Raine&Horne were amazing. I met Panos on site and he took his time and allowed us to spend as much time viewing property as we needed. James and Elena were just as helpful, I didn't even have to go in the lease was provided online. I highly recommend renting through this team.

I have spent 3 weeks looking for a proper apartment. And I have met James several times. He left a deep impression on me because he has a strong sense of responsibility. Some of the agents didn't appear during the opening inspection time. I appreciate all the effort that R&H made to allow me to move in during the Christmas Break. James also replied to me even after work. I feel secure to be managed by R&H and hope that I can have a new life experience at Ultimo.

Dealt with James from R&H mostly through emails and phone-calls, he replied to all of our queries and calls in a professional and timely manner. I felt that he went above and beyond to aid our rental application and did an amazing job filling me in during the process. A great bloke and very pleasant experience overall.

I found James to be very approachable through the process. He would always respond to texts and was easy to speak with at the inspection. There was a couple of issues with paying the 2 weeks in advance, they were sorted.

As a renter living in Sydney I've been to dozens of inspections over the years and dealt with far too many real estate agents than I've cared to, so I was expecting the process of finding a new rental to fall somewhere on the scale between mildly unpleasant to traumatic. During the last 20 years I've experienced all four relationships with real estate agencies across the inner west, inner city and inner east of Sydney. I've been the buyer, vendor, landlord and tenant. On almost every occasion I've been lied to and taken advantage of. My experience with Raine & Horne, Pyrmont however has been flawless.
