In challenging market conditions Matthew advised we run a tight auction campaign in the spring season. The unit had been unoccupied for the preceding 12 months and was looking shabby. Drawing on his trade relationships Matthew replaced the halogens with LED’s which made a huge difference to the apartment’s appearance, painted the apartment, replaced tatty blinds and styled every room including balcony furniture and plants. With professional photography the marketing material presented the property in its best light. After every inspection we got immediate feedback over the phone followed up with an email. On the day of the auction we had 5 serious bidders with the successful bid at a premium to the reserve. Again, Matthew showed great judgement on where to set the reserve. I would have no hesitation in using Matthew again for the sale of a premium property.
