Having spent a lifetime dealing in real estate in a multitude of levels, I have to say that Matthew is the most efficient and professional sales agent that I have dealt with. From our first approach up to the final sale Matthew provided us with accurate up to date market assessments which were always accurate and in the end proved to be spot on. The property required quite a lot of work in order to prepare it for sale, and Matthew introduced all of the contractors necessary to carry out the work, even supervising them on our behalf when we were absent. The property was leased for a time prior to sale and Matthew carried out the negotiations with the tenant to obtain VP in a highly professional manner. Finally when the decision to sell was made, he prepared the unit for sale arranging display furniture of the best quality to present the unit to its greatest advantage. The marketing period was carried out efficiently with regular reporting and updates. The result was that the unit sold under the hammer, in what had become a declining market, for an exceptional price at the upper limit of his guideline pricing.
