I have come across many agents over the years, and what makes Robert different is that he sticks to his core values. Matthew is the consummate professional. When I initially spoke to Matthew by phone, he came across as being very knowledgeable and confident. I requested a fee submission, which arrived promptly and was reasonable compared to others received. We decided to run with Matthew and never for an instant regretted that decision. He got to work immediately, had the property advertised and ready for inspections in days. He kept us informed every step along the way. He did everything he said he would, when he said he would do it! We received two serious offers within two weeks! Matthew successfully negotiated a significant increase to the higher offer, which we accepted. Settlement was completed within three weeks! If Matthew were to ask me how he could improve his service offerings, quite honestly, I could not offer any advice, except to say, "keep doing what you are doing!" Matthew was the young man that met us to discuss the listing and renovation of my 25 year tied property. Matthew had the right guys to bring the 2 x 2 x 1 unit up to a good presentation. He managed all the trades with easy and no difficulties to get ready for listing. A good number of inspections were arranged and the successful purchaser now has a great property with nothing to spent for the next 20 years and vendor is please with the outcome.
