Selling my apartment after 15 years, and aiming for the best price achieved for this sized apartment in the building complex was never going to be easy, but Matthew was successful in that goal. I met Matthew when I brought my property and was impressed by him then. When I decided to see my property I found Matthews advice invaluable with the best time to sell but most of all I appreciated his advice on where to spend money on a renovation so that I would recoup my costs. He is easy to work with, I found him respectful and honest. He was realistic with the pricing, which I have never had before. He knew the market and developed relationships with the buyers so that apart from the opens we only had potential buyers shown the property out of those times. Matthew managed to get me a good price on my apartment in a short period of time. I will certainly recommend him to my friends.
