Robert successfully and professionally marketed the sale of our apartment, taking care of each step from managing the termination of previous tenancy, making arrangements to fix different areas of the apartment that required attention, styling, photography and advertising. Consequently the apartment was very well presented and attracted a lot of interests. Robert was efficient and a very good communicator, carefully following up potential purchasers after open homes, and regularly updating the vendor each step of the way. The apartment was sold at auction.
