As this was our second purchase in the area, having lived in Regatta Wharf some years ago, we knew what we wanted. John managed to find a very suitable unit for us, on the water and near parks to walk the dogs, not too big as it is going to be a weekender of sorts for us. Thanks to Matthew and his team we sold at Auction today with a result way beyond our expectations. The sales process was very easy with Matthew- he took care of everything including new carpet, styling, photography and video.
