We recently sold and bought appartments in Pyrmont. Matthew was our sell-side agent. During the course of our sale Matthew was professional, courteous and always helpful as potential buyers came and went. He was also realistic about the price we could expect, which turned out to be a record in the building in which we were located. (It helps to sell at the top of a property boom!). Since the sale we have kept in touch as we are both locals in the area. On the buy side of our apartment exchange the process was not nearly as stress free - but then again we did not use Matthew for this!! I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew as 'agent of first choice'.
