Clear application instructions and responsiveness

Effective Communication and Professional Service Lead to a Positive Experience
Initially, there were some issues with the property and a misunderstanding, but these were quickly resolved through effective communication with the agent. The agent provided prompt responses and professional service. Overall, it was a very good experience !

Efficient, knowledgeable & professional.
Alison is very competent and professional in her dealing with me, tenant and strata manager. Issues were promptly addressed. Since Alison has taken over the management of my property, there has been very few vacant days between tenancy. I have no hesitation in recommending Alison to any future landlords or employers.

Not so considerate key collection experience, rent at newtown but collect at Ashfield. Might need more proactive and informative service about moving in to a property.

Efficient, Professional, and Highly Responsive
I've had an excellent experience with my agent so far. She's incredibly quick in her communication and always professional. When my home required a few repairs, she responded the same day and arranged for a handyman to fix everything within the week.
