Tenants moved out and with 1 week a new one moved in at higher money. Great results as a landlord could not have done better. during the week Alison organise the final inspection and was most happy organise a cleaner and painter and any other trade to do repairs so that the new tenant moved in with no bother. That is what a landlord needs an agent who cares and MAKES THINGS HAPPEN!!!! Have used other agents in the past but for the last 5 years Raine and Horne Concord has been the most professional and caring . Would not hesitate to recommend to any landlord and if we ever sold I am sure Paul and the team would do a great job as well... Thanks

I can’t thank Alison Chang enough she was very responsive and quick in advertising my rental property with within a week of current tenants giving notice.She had 16 people walk through and closing the deal the very next day with a new tenant in place.What more could I ask for.Thank You Alison for being so efficient.
