Joanna Lu was extremely helpful when it came to finding a tenant for my flat. She gave me updates after viewing and did the necessary due diligence on the possible tenants. She came up with reasons as to why we should choose the one we did. She was also able to obtain a good rental price for the flat. Management of the flat is also going well - she is always prompt if there is any query regarding the flat. If i had another investment property i will be more than happy to use her services.
